The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a versatile selection to start the day.

The sauna area had an unpleasant smell, which made the spa experience less enjoyable.

The rooms are newly renovated and really clean.

We faced several issues during our stay. The staff at check-in was not very attentive, and it seemed like some of them hardly spoke English, which made communication difficult. To top it off, we were not allowed tap water with our meal in the restaurant, which was just frustrating and unnecessary.

The location was great, being across the street from the beach. My kids enjoyed the park activities, especially the board game night. I liked the staff at breakfast, who were helpful and attentive.

The room felt dated with marks on the walls. The lift had broken features that should have been repaired.

Check for children's activities early. organize time to avoid overlap during family events like movie night and table tennis.

this place pretends to be upscale, but the kids running rampant almost ruined my peace. the gym had an awful smell, absolutely disgusting. after all that, I woudl ve been expecting at least a room upgrade, but nope, just standard service for me. I almost considered giving a good review, but I just couldn’t, really disappointed.

Heated pool was great for kids after video games. The lift's broken button was unsafe.

Loved being just a quick walk from the beach! The fresh breakfast every morning was a treat, with so many options. The gym was cool too, but wish there was AC in the rooms, especially with summer heat. The staff was friendly, which added to the chill atmosphere.

We stayed for 3 nights, enjoying the lovely indoor play area for our toddler, which had more features than shown online. The delicious breakfast included a healthy meal option for our child, and we appreciated the proximity to the beach, making it easy to enjoy sandy outings. having no access to tap water during meals was disappointing.

The Standard Double Room with Sofa Bed was pretty decent but a bit small for a family. The beds were comfy enough, and I liked the quiet vibe. the decor felt a bit dated, and I noticed some marks on the walls and mismatched carpets. The bathroom was functional, but the lack of ventilation made it feel a bit damp after showers. It had coffee/tea facilities, which was a nice touch. it served its purpose well during our stay.
